How it started
A few years ago, I was planning a trip to Istanbul. I spent hours reading blogs, watching videos, comparing prices. In the end, I booked a tour that looked perfect — and it was a disaster. The guide was late, the group was too big, and the “highlights” felt rushed.
That’s when I realized: reviews lie, photos lie, but patterns don’t. If hundreds of people consistently say the same thing about a tour — good or bad — that’s the truth. So I started collecting data.
